Driver weaves through traffic honking and yelling at cars to move. I go to the booth the lady quickly helps, then I finally get on the shuttle. sorry for the wait (what girls?) Then I have boarding pass on my phone as offered on website, driver says" I don't do phones, go the the booth the black girl will help you print one". Shuttle gets here driver says he had to get food for the girls. I'm directed to a line where I stand and another couple complaining thaytthey have been waiting 40 min. So I haul my luggage back inside take the escalator up elevator down find it. Called the number she tells me to go to baggage claim gate 10. Stood outside looking for sign didn't see one saw hotel shuttle signs. Saw sign for ride shares assumed that's where to go. followed ground transportation sign all the way outside. It was more than my shuttle trip but it was also a better experience.
My tip is to book a limo service or a town car. I will not be using you guys again and you will get a call when I arrive home. At 2:40 in the morning I was not happy at all! Needless to say I ended up having to pay for a alternative ride to the airport and thankfully I made my flight. I proceeded to call and check to see when they would be arriving 5 minutes before their said arrival time and the gal on the phone proceeded to tell me I was marked as a no show and there was nothing they could do for me. Then on my return trip (as I booked and paid for a round trip) I was an hour early outside waiting, looking and just ensuring I DID NOT miss my shuttle for the sake that I didn't miss my flight. Well, upon arriving to LV I had to wait 40 minutes for my shuttle then it took an hour to get to my hotel when they said a specific time. I came to Vegas for my first time for my little sisters wedding and I thought I'd be "prepared" by booking a shuttle service.
